Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY.
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date of package. Items can either be exchanged for store credit, or another item. Store credit expires within 90 days from the date of issuance. NO REFUNDS.
All sale items, accessories, shapewear, bodysuits, swimwear, and white clothing are final sale.
To return an item, please ship it back to the address on your packing slip. Please include your name, email address, and order number in the package.
Returned items, should be in new, saleable condition. If the items have any sign of wear (Stains, odor, perfume smell, etc.) the item(s) will be returned to customer, at customer's expense.
Returned Orders
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return your items. You can send your items to the return address on your packing slip. If you are unsure of our address, please fill out the contact us form, for the correct address. USPS is the most affordable method for shipping your return. Remember to keep record of your tracking number. Once your item is received, please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be processed. We will send your exchanged item or email you a gift certificate code that can be used on the site.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: You will receive your order within 3-5 Business days. Orders can be delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, etc.
Once payment is made, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. You will then receive a shipping confirmation, with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your package to show movement.
Unverifiable Addresses
Please ensure, you enter the correct address. Should your address appear to be unverifiable,your order could be delayed. Be sure to include apartment or suite numbers and always make sure you are using the correct city and zip code.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Luxe Lust Boutique cares about our customers' personal information. Luxe Lust Boutique does not allow shipping to an address that is different than your credit card billing address. Any attempt to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. This pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and your order will not be processed.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at sales@shopluxelust.com so we can address and rectify your concern. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, also if the garment(s) have been washed, worn, or altered in any way. We inspect and photograph every single item, once we receive, and again before we ship it out to our customers.
Refused Packages
If your package is refused, or sent back to us from USPS, we will reship, at the cost of the customer. We do not allow refunds.
Lost Packages
Luxe Lust Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked DELIVERED, by USPS. We are also not liable for packages that are lost in transit due to USPS error.
